Personal Data Notice

This notice is provided under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") to inform you about the personal data processed when you use the kuvessa.com website.
1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Hamidhan Velioğlu (sole proprietorship / Kuvessa Software) ("Kuvessa") as the data controller. Our company details are listed on the Legal Notice page.
2. Personal data processed and purposes
Free site audit
The website address you want analyzed and your IP address (to prevent abuse) are processed. Your IP address is held only briefly in server memory for rate limiting and is never stored permanently.
Detailed report request
If you request a detailed report, your name, email address, phone number, business name and the analyzed website address are processed to prepare the report. If you give separate optional consent, this information is also used to contact you about our services.
Contact form and messages
The name, contact details, business name and message you share via the contact form or email are processed to answer your request, prepare a proposal and carry out contract processes.
Cookies and analytics
With your explicit consent, device and usage data is processed through cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure ad performance. See the Cookie Policy for details.
3. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: it being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller, and the legitimate interest of the data controller provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Analytics and marketing cookies and marketing communications are carried out only with your explicit consent.
4. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to the hosting provider of the site; to Telegram and our email service provider, which we use to receive notifications of new requests (form contents are forwarded to us through these services); with your consent, to analytics and advertising providers (Google, Microsoft, Meta); and to authorized public authorities under legal obligations. For the site audit, only the website address is sent to the Google PageSpeed Insights service. Some of these providers have servers abroad; transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on the website, cookies and email correspondence.
6. Retention period
Report requests and contact records are kept for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact; if a contractual relationship is established, they are kept for the periods required by law. Analysis reports that are not requested are deleted after 90 days. At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
